Browary Tarnowskie - a project that has the potential to become the city's showcase and an impulse for the urban and social rebirth of its central part. This is the first residential complex in Tarnów at such a high architectural and functional level, implemented with respect for the local identity and heritage of the place.

The concept of Browary Tarnowskie was created by CD Locum Group, a family company involved in the construction and management of commercial properties, and the APA Wojciechowski Architects studio. A vibrant, safe and green space will be created in the heart of Tarnów, which will not only be a place to live, but also a place to meet, relax, work and develop passions.

The project is located on the site of the former brewery of the Sanguszko Princes (later the Owintar production plant), in the vicinity of the Planty Kolejowe/Jakubowskiego, the PKP train station and Narutowicza and Krakowska streets. This is an excellent location - on the one hand, well-connected with the entire agglomeration, on the other - close to greenery and the charming Tarnów old town. As part of the project, the historical elements of the facility will be preserved and integrated with the new development - including the chimney, the former management building and fragments of brick walls. Thanks to this, the past of the place will become an integral part of its future.

Browary Tarnowskie will be a residential project fully integrated with the needs of its residents. There will be a nursery, kindergarten, catering facilities and medical and service facilities, as well as numerous common spaces, such as a residents' club, community gardens and relaxation zones. The open structure of the estate will also enable integration with the existing urban fabric, including Planty Kolejowe / Jakubowskiego, the historic city centre and the educational and service and commercial offer located around the investment area. The complex will be fully accessible on foot - car traffic will be limited to underground garage halls. Greenery will become the main protagonist of the space: recreation squares, a playground, an art square, a historical square and a sports square will create a friendly and safe atmosphere for all residents and visitors.

This is a project that has the ambition not only to attract new residents, but also to inspire the entire community to take a fresh look at the development of the city. Thanks to the involvement of local contractors, integration with the urban fabric and openness to residents, Browary Tarnowskie has a chance to become a symbolic place - a turning point in the modern history of Tarnów.
