Designed object is a speculative office building, where each floor, depending on market conditions, can be divided into a specific number of tenants.
The building was designed in a way that the front facade makes a frontage of Grzybowska street and emphasizes its downtown office and service character. The height of the front facade is 26 m and the withdrawn last floor of the building reaches height of 29.9 m. The main entrance to the building is located in the north-east corner. Parking in the building is solved by means of two-story underground garages, the entrance and exit of which is led through the existing driveway from the South. From this side there is a driveway for vans, cars that collect waste and a back door entrance to the building.
Depending on the directions of the world, two types of facades have been designed. Glazed facades are located on the North side, while full facades with windows have been designed from the West, East and South.
The usable area of the building is 13,000 m2.
