The aim was to create a design for a shopping and entertainment centre by transforming an existing empty building. The original arrangement has been redesigned and we added an office level and 3 cinema halls above the rebuilt, multi-level car park. The building was given a new modern façade. Overall we succeeded in designing a well-functioning structure that raised the standards of modern buildings of this kind.
