Cristal Towers is a complex of three 155-meter height apartment buildings located on Chodynskaja Street in Moscow. The buildings have 44 floors above ground and stand on one underground mass, counting 5 levels. The towers are rotated in the plan to the each other to ensure maximum sunlight in the designed apartments. This rotation also increases the distance between opposite windows and thus provides privacy for future residents.
In the very center of the project exists a historic building of a former bakery with a surrounding piazza, from where access to commercial services, fitness and spa facilities, designed at level -1 of the Cristal Towers complex, is also provided.
The configuration of apartments is varied and changes depending on the storey. The apartments have from 40 to 120 sqm; total sales area in the entire complex is over 100,000sqm.
