Skyliner reveals its interior!

Class-A flexible office space allowing for individual arrangement, the latest technological solutions and the icing on the cake: the two-story Skybar located at a height of 165 meters. This is how Skyliner looks „from inside”, proudly revealing what is behind its glass facade.

The facade works on the Skyliner (designed by APA Wojciechowski Architects for Karimpol) have already been completed, both on the podium and on the tower of the office building. The scaffolding disappeared, revealing a completely glazed facade of the building, which impresses with its simplicity and proportion. Currently, the scaffolding is being dismantled at the construction site from the highest point of the Skyliner, the so-called "Plume", which is enclosed with glass and a reinforced concrete wall. Due to the height of the building - 195 meters, the works on the top are performed by mountaineering teams. The sanitary and installation works are also coming to an end.

The General Contractor – Warbud is also currently working in the main hall of the office building, where the floor is laid, while a stone is laid outside around the building - soon it will become part of a green urban area, accessible to all city residents. The culmination and gem of the building is the Skybar, located on two floors at a height of 165 meters, from which there is an amazing view of the panorama of Warsaw.

Thanks to the completely glazed facade of the builing and the short distance from the core to the facade, the office building will offer potential tenants and Skybar customers an excellent panorma of the city. A foretaste of Skyliner possibilities is a representative showroom located on the 23rd floor od the skyscraper, equipped with an integrated control system (allows you to control the lighting, temperaturę, as well as window blinds).

Skyliner will offer approximately 45.000 sq.m of office space. Each floor will have approximately 1.500 sq.m of space for future tenants. The building will consist of 30 office levels and four for retail purposes, which will be available to both tenants of the building and residents of Warsaw. Over 3.500 sq.m of space will include: shops, restaurants, cafes or fitness. On the ground floor there are many functions enabling efficient and comfortable use of the building for its tenants, as well as for the people passing-by and clients of the retail units.

The building is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw, right next to the second metro line station and next to the stops of 5 tram and 7 bus lines. The office building’s reception desk will be only 8 meters away from the entrance to the metro station! Acess to the five-level car park for 430 cars will be possible from Prosta Street and, in the future, also from Towarowa Street. On the underground levels, the skyscraper will offer over 300 bicycle parking spaces and changing rooms for cyclists. Skyliner is pre-certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level.
