Project’s architecture boldly interprets the architectural context, utilizing a material iconic for Wola – red brick. It adorns the facades of the historic Wawelberg Colony, forms the monumental remains of the Warsaw Gasworks, and forms the walls of former factories. As a tribute to this tradition, its modern version will be featured on the ReVola façade. Combined with dark window joinery and balcony fittings, it will be a stylish hallmark of the building.
Apartments are available in a wide range of sizes, from 1 to 4 rooms – all feature above-standard ceiling heights and are designed to clearly separate living and private areas. Extra-large windows with enhanced acoustic insulation provide excellent lighting and spectacular views of the surrounding city.
ReVola will breathe new life into Karolkowa Street – the section directly adjacent to the development will be transformed into a woonerf – a pedestrian-friendly, traffic-calmed passageway seamlessly connected to the ground-floor apartments. It will create an intimate and welcoming meeting place for residents and a representative setting for the Monument to the Heroines of the Warsaw Uprising.
The quality of life at ReVola also benefits from the building's surroundings, carefully considered and designed to complement the surrounding greenery and create diverse, peaceful relaxation areas for residents. To the north, there will be a square for strolling in the shade of trees and surrounded by colorful vegetation. A unique feature will be a composite platform for play and relaxation, as well as bird facilities – water troughs, feeders, and nesting boxes on trees and the façade. The western section will be separated from the hustle and bustle of the streets and neighboring areas by a children's playground with wooden sand and water play equipment, shaded from the sun by a sail. Next to it will be a grassy area, seamlessly connected to the terrace of the commercial space, with benches and hammocks for relaxation.
