LightOn will comprise 23,600 sqm of space over a total of 14 floors: 10 levels in the main building and 4 additional storeys in the tower section. In addition, the complex will offer: a two-level underground car park with a rotation system, extensive facilities for cyclists along with chargers for electric vehicles, a green terrace, shops, and a restaurant. The location of the building, adjacent to the city’s second metro line station, allows easy and quick access from across the city; while the local neighbourhood, due to its multifunctional character, provides all the many amenities and attractions on offer in the largest and most popular business district in Warsaw. The new building is scheduled to come into use in the fourth quarter of 2028.

LightOn will be designed to meet the highest ESG standards in terms of sustainable operations and employee comfort, while also having a positive impact on the external environment. It will be certified with the aim of obtaining the highest levels in each of the following systems: WELL, BREEAM, SmartScore and WiredScore. It will also meet the conditions of the Building Without Barriers (Obiekt Bez Barier) scheme. In addition to solutions designed to optimise the well-being of users, efficiency, savings and the environmental friendliness of the building, it will also feature the latest technology in terms of facility management, increased safety and the optimisation of key systems, including IT infrastructure.

The LightOn name references the history of the location. Until the 1990s, the J. Grimau ‘Polam’ High-Fluorescence Metal Works operated at ul. Prosta 69, producing wires for the lighting industry. The traditions associated with this address are now to be woven into the modern and elegant fabric of the LightOn office building. Its name, architecture and the materials used in the building’s construction will allude to the business traditions of Warsaw’s Wola district, while the innovative systems installed in the building, on the other hand, will fit perfectly with the modern character of the location – a multifunctional district along the lines of the 15-minute city concept.
